The most important part of perparing a proper legal pleading is to include "citations" to other cases that enforce your point.
Unfortunately, simply quoting or citing a law (no matter how clear or simple it is) won't get a judge to enforce it. In order for your point (the law) to be given proper consideration, you need to cite "case precedence". Without "case precedence", judges will just ignore your point (the law) and rule anyway they please.(Against YOU!) Even worse, if (when) the judge rules against your point (the law), you will then need to cite case precedence to show the judge was wrong in the first place.
Because The First Whistlebower has learned (the hard way), how crucial it is to include citations to other cases in a legal pleading, we want to share with others (YOU!) what we have learned.
In addition to providing copies of all the pleadings in our cases, soon we will be listing all the case citations separately for our quick reference, and, the education of others (Whistleblowers).
